Long-term International Learning
Over the last 15 years we have arranged for over 1100 young people and adults to participate in short term international volunteering.
Travelling with groups of 12-15 volunteers and supported by 5-6 mentors, then volunteers undertake work with our overseas partners to engage in a variety of tasks. As the mentors work with the volunteers before, during and after the trip, they support the volunteer to transfer their learning back into their own lives in Scotland and determine how they will use the experience to make positive choices in their lives.
